Duties & Responsibilities:
Knowledge of beverages and their mixing, knowledge of local geographical preferences
To identify and highlight cleanliness issues in the bar and immediately eliminate those
To serve the beverages as per order and guest preferences in time to satisfy the guest
Serving beverages and maintaining the bar
Ensure daily cleaning of Bar after operations - Cocktail station, Freezers
Strictly follow the standard recipe & peg measures
Collect feedback from sources for improvement
Supporting the senior Bartender and maintaining the bar with maximum hygiene
Min Experience 2 years in similar kind of work
