- Knowledgeable in the related field.
- Experience as a barista in a cafe/coffee shop is required.
- Great interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- With manual coffee machines experience is an advantage.
- Must have a pleasing personality
- Trustworthy
- Presentable and has the ability to converse with clients.
- Willing to do overtime (if necessary)
- Must be driven to excel
- Goal oriented and takes initiative
- · Must be knowledgeable in the coffee industry
- · Experience in sales is a must
- · Must be willing to travel
- · Ability to multitask
- · Willing to be assigned around Metro Manila
