About the Role

  • Ordering on raw material, coffee beans, milk and fruit accordingly.
  • Remember customer name, beverages and foods when they order.
  • Standby fruits for juice.
  • Checking coffee and milk stocks.
  • Making syrup.
  • Preparing and service variety of coffee drinks and juices.
  • Answering customers questions and explaining the coffee drinks menu.
  • Keeps equipment ordering by following instructions.
  • Keep the bar area and equipment clean.
  • Brew drip coffee as needed.
  • Fill the drinking water container, mason cup tray, and buffet items.
  • Maintain stock of syrups, bar fridge, pastries, bagged coffee and merchandise.
  • Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates.
  • If there is time and it is appropriate, complete items on the next shifts checklist. If the above is complete, ask your manager for something to do.
  • Notice if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
