About the Role
- Ordering on raw material, coffee beans, milk and fruit accordingly.
- Remember customer name, beverages and foods when they order.
- Standby fruits for juice.
- Checking coffee and milk stocks.
- Making syrup.
- Preparing and service variety of coffee drinks and juices.
- Answering customers questions and explaining the coffee drinks menu.
- Keeps equipment ordering by following instructions.
- Keep the bar area and equipment clean.
- Brew drip coffee as needed.
- Fill the drinking water container, mason cup tray, and buffet items.
- Maintain stock of syrups, bar fridge, pastries, bagged coffee and merchandise.
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates.
- If there is time and it is appropriate, complete items on the next shifts checklist. If the above is complete, ask your manager for something to do.
- Notice if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
