About the Role
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas and specialty drinks in accordance with hotel standards.
• Provide courteous, professional and efficient service to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Maintain beverage presentation standards, including latte art where required.
• Promote outlet offerings, daily specials and signature beverages through effective upselling.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment and service areas.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders and related equipment.
• Follow hotel safety, sanitation and food allergy awareness procedures.
