About the Role
Location: Sooke Harbour House, Sooke, BC
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager
Shifts: Wednesday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (including weekends and holidays)
The Sooke Harbour House is looking for an enthusiastic Barista/Cashier to join our team at our Bakery & Takeout Window! If you love great coffee, fresh pastries, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests at the takeout window
- Assist with stocking and maintaining the display of baked goods
- Keep the work area clean and organized, following food safety standards
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
