Cafe Java at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Barista you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Operate and maintain espresso machines coffee grinders, and other cafe equipment
• Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Recommend and upsell coffee products and cafe menu items
