Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food preparation areas and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure the availability of products.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and menu items to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (high/senior high school) or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service or food/beverage environment preferred.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
