About the Role
The InterContinental Adelaide Atrium Lounge offers a sophisticated and inviting space where guests can relax, connect, and indulge in expertly crafted beverages and refined all-day dining. We’re seeking a passionate and experienced **Bar Supervisor** to lead from the front — actively working behind the bar while guiding the team to deliver warm, seamless and elevated service.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced bartender ready to step up. You will be the lead bartender during service, driving drink quality, efficiency, stock management and cocktail training, while supporting the broader leadership team. This role is part time garunteed 24 hours minimum.
