About the Role

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar Manager for one of our well established clients in the coastal town of Dingle Co. Kerry.

The Bar Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality. While also managing aspects of all the daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a high-volume environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and health and safety regulations.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Passionate about providing top-tier customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
