Banquet Supervisor - Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino

Operational Leadership & Event Execution
·Lead and supervise banquet operations including setup, service and breakdown, for all functions, including meetings, conferences, social events, weddings and inhouse meetings and events.
·Execute events according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring accuracy, timing, and service flow.
·Conduct pre-event roll calls/briefings to align the team on service standards, safety, guest expectations and go over the Banquet Event Order’s details
·Act as the primary on-site contact for clients during events, resolving issues proactively and professionally.
·Coordinate closely with Events, Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping, Stewarding, Security and Pool & Beach, to ensure seamless delivery.
·Post banquet checks daily after the culmination of the events
·Inspect function rooms prior to events to ensure proper setup, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and brand compliance.
