Banquet Server (Part-time)

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests in a variety of settings, including plated and buffet banquets for breakfasts/lunch/dinner, working lunches, coffee breaks, cocktail receptions, formal evening events/galas/weddings, and off-site catering events
• Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet functions
• Explain banquet menus to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as providing suitable assistance when recommending beverages
• Have full knowledge of all beverage lists and all menu items being served
