Qualifications
- Act as the guardian of technical environment stability (Production and non-Production) and ensure services remain in operational condition.
- Define and promote technical solutions based on existing infrastructure products, ensuring they meet architecture, security, and scalability standards.
- Integrate infrastructure and operating requirements into the Product Backlog. Implement technical User Stories to speed up and secure project delivery.
- Liaise with Application Production Support to implement robust monitoring using modern observability stacks.
- Drive automation and performance enhancements. Ensure up-to-date documentation and valid Disaster Recovery (ICP) plans are in place.
- Conduct security reviews, check machine access traceability, and identify operational bottlenecks (network, flows, etc.), proposing immediate action plans.
