The Budapest Banking & Finance Team is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer to join our dynamic, highly ranked practice. Key Responsibilities



Support senior lawyers on complex financing transactions
Assist in drafting and negotiating financing documentation
Conduct legal research and prepare high‑quality memos, client notes, and transaction reports.
Participate in due diligence processes
Assist in regulatory matters
Support with client communication, meeting preparation, and matter management.
Ensure accurate drafting, version control, and transaction administration throughout deal execution.
