The post holder works within a multi-disciplinary 24/7 Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team, providing urgent assessment and support to people experiencing acute mental health crises, both functional and organic. Under senior supervision, the role includes supporting mental health and risk assessments, delivering home treatment, providing evidence-based interventions, monitoring care and treatment plans, contributing to reviews, and supporting care packages, including for organic presentations. The post holder will supervise junior staff and assist with the operational duty system on a rotational basis, contributing to gatekeeping, early discharge, out-of-hours access, and crisis assessments.
