We are currently seeking a Band 4 Accountant to join local council for an 8-month contract until November 2026, with possibility to extend:

• $59.15ph + super
• Located Brisbane CBD
• Hyrbid work arrangement

Key obligations include:

• Compliance & Data Standards: Ensure all financial data adheres to commercial, legislative, and accounting regulations.
• Systems Management: Support the delivery of efficient, high-performing finance and accounting systems and processes.
• Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate financial results and KPIs through targeted research and project support.
• Customer Resolution: Resolve stakeholder issues within delegated authority or manage effective escalations.
• Business Partnering: Provide direct operational support to Accountants and business partners to facilitate service delivery.
