Baler Operator

Hadco Limited is looking for a Baler Operator for South West area (C3 Centre, Corinth, San Fernando).

JOB SUMMARY

The Baler Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining and ensuring the efficient performance of the downstroke baling machine at client locations. The role includes collection and processing of cardboard, safe operation of equipment, daily housekeeping, communication with dispatch/office personnel and maintaining accurate records of production and supplies.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Operate baling machine to produce clean, securely tied cardboard bales.
• Collect cardboard from designated areas and transport to baler for processing.
• Load clean, loose cardboard into the machine and remove finished bales using pallet jack.
• Ensure the supplier’s compound remains free of backlog and that bales are stored neatly.
• Monitor wire supply and request replenishment before depletion.
