- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and equipment.
- Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours.
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or culinary certification (preferred).
