About the Role
What you will do:
- Assist airlines and passengers with their baggage
- Work the late evening shift 7pm -2am
- Communicate with passengers and team members
- Ensure all luggage is handled respectfully and with care
- Safely transport oversized passenger luggage from the ticket counter to TSA for screening and processing. Examples of oversized, unusually shaped luggage may include skis, pet kennels, musical instruments, audio/visual equipment, medical equipment, medical devices, and strollers.
- Assisting the airline ticket counter staff with the loading of passenger luggage onto the conveyer belt and spacing out luggage to prevent luggage jams on the conveyor belt
