Primary Job Responsibilities:
Management, operations and oversight of Rubrik Backup and Recovery Infrastructure.Assist with Modernization of operational capabilities for backup and recovery solutions.Troubleshoot all Backup/Recovery related issues (performance and incident management).Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization as required.Provide preventative maintenance routines to ensure system performance, availability, and security.Configure and manage Backup and Recovery tooling including defining and maintaining SLA’sAssure operational activities and SLA’s are met.
