Backup Administrator II

We’re looking for a Backup Administrator to join our team.
The Backup Administrator provides operational support for enterprise backup and recovery platforms, primarily **Rubrik** , **Dell EMC Avamar** , and **PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM)** . The role focuses on day‑to‑day operations, incident and problem resolution, backup monitoring, and recovery support, working closely with L1 support, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure data protection services meet defined SLAs.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise data protection platforms: Rubrik, Dell EMC Avaman, and PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM).
