About the Role
Responsibilities
- Operate backside pumping units and associated pumping equipment
- Monitor pump rates, pressures, and job parameters during operations
- Assist in rig-up/rig-down of pumping spread and surface equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and pre/post-job equipment checks
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Maintain accurate job logs and operational records
- Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and field crews onsite
- 3-5 years of experience in backside pumping operations
- Experience in well intervention preferred
- Strong understanding of pumping systems, valves, and pressure control equipment
- Ability to work in demanding field and remote environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
