About the Role
**Summary:**
Reporting to the Back Room Department Manager, a Receiving Outfitter is responsible for backend operations including receiving, warehouse, inventory control, replenishment, stocking and maintenance/housekeeping departments
**Responsibilities:**
+ Systematically receive P.O.’s that come into the building
+ Physical count of all packages coming into the building and verify count with packing slip
+ Conduct stocking activities from back room to sales floor
+ Perform tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging of newly arriving Cabela’s Canada product
+ Conduct general replenishment of all departments including facing, hanging merchandise
+ Conduct floor checks including cleaning, updates to pricing and signage, inventory, verification of min/max settings, ensuring that shelves are full and that security tags are in place
+ Assist with merchandise purges when necessary
