About the Role
We’re currently seeking a skilled Backhoe Operator to join our team! You'll be responsible for safe and efficient operation of the backhoe and supporting general production tasks.
Pay:
- $ per hour.
- Benefits after 3 months.
- Company matching RRSP after one year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate backhoe equipment at both the soil production facility and construction sites.
- Assist in producing soil blends and maintaining soil and blending material inventory.
- Transport and route soil inventory as needed.
- Support general vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and construction timelines.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license with a good driver’s abstract.
- Experience operating a backhoe.
- Capability to work weekends.
