Backend Migration

About the Role

Comany is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer
to join the team and lead the migration of the healthcare staffing platform from the current architecture to a new, well-designed system. You'll work closely with the founding team to redesign and rebuild core infrastructure while ensuring zero downtime for our customers.

Infrastructure Migration (Primary Focus)

• Architect and implement a new backend infrastructure from the ground up

• Design scalable microservices with clear boundaries and responsibilities

• Plan and execute zero-downtime database migrations

• Establish performance benchmarks and optimize critical paths

• Document architecture decisions and create technical specifications

Day-to-Day Development

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with full type safety (TypeScript + ts-rest)
