Backend Engineers (Intermediate → Principal) | Fintech | Fully Remote

Our client — a fast‑growing fintech building large‑scale, high‑traffic systems — is expanding their backend engineering organisation and looking for exceptional engineers to join the team. You’ll be working under a highly capable Head of Engineering – Backend , driving modern architecture, engineering excellence, and impactful product delivery.

The Role

You’ll join one of several backend engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and scaling mission‑critical services. Depending on your level (Intermediate, Senior, or Principal), you’ll contribute through hands‑on development, technical leadership, architectural decision‑making, and mentoring.
