About the Role
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of backend engineering experience (startup or high-growth environment a plus).
· Strong skills in , Golang, or similar backend languages.
· Experience with databases (Postgres, NoSQL) and scalable schema design.
· Strong skills with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS—including services such as EKS (orchestration), RDS (PostgreSQL), Elasti Cache (Redis), Secrets Manager, and IAM.
· Experience working in regulated environments (PCI DSS, SOC 2, or equivalent) and building security/compliance-ready systems.
· Passion for performance, clean code, and automation.
· Startup mindset: resourceful, curious, adaptable, and motivated to make an impact
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
