Backend Engineer

RYVAL is building a live, interactive streaming & gaming platform with real-time user actions, micro-events, and high concurrency.

You'll work closely with the CTO on backend systems that power live streams, predictions, chat, rewards, and user state.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain backend APIs for live & interactive features
• Work on real-time data flows (events, chat, predictions, leaderboards)
• Integrate with streaming platforms and third-party services
• Optimize database queries and API performance
• Help monitor, debug, and improve live systems
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and ops teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-3+ years of backend development experience using Python frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with RTMP servers or streaming infrastructure—setup, scaling, securing, and integrating with backend logic.
