Backend Engineer

About the Role
We are an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building a workflow-heavy, API-driven platform used by real customers in production.
We are entering a post-agency handoff phase and are hiring a Backend Engineer (Python – FastAPI) to work on core backend services, workflows, and integrations across the platform.
This is a hands-on execution role — not a feature factory or research position.
You will not inherit a perfect system — you will help make it reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
Our backend powers multiple frontend applications and operational workflows. This role goes beyond writing APIs — you'll be responsible for backend correctness, workflow logic, data integrity, and production reliability.
