Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python & Django
Build and integrate RESTful APIs
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
