Backend development lead - java springboot microservices aws

We are looking for professionals with 8 to 12 years of strong technical expertise in:
Core Technical Skills
Java/J2 EE with advanced proficiency in Java 8+
Spring Framework 5 & Spring Boot microservices architecture
Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) foundation
Hands‑on with RDBMS & No SQL databases
Experience using profilers, debuggers , and logging frameworks (e.g., log4 Net)
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines , branching strategies & merging workflows
Exposure to AWS cloud services
Strong experience in Software Architecture & System Design
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities
Ability to mentor and guide development teams
Ownership mindset with a passion for technology excellence
