Backend Software Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our core platform services. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable designing a multi-region deployment strategy on GCP as they are writing highly performant code in Ruby on Rails or Python. The Director will be responsible for the technical vision, operational excellence, and mentorship of a team of backend engineers across the LATAM and India regions.
