Backend Developer – PHP

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in PHP and Laravel to build and maintain a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform. The candidate must have hands-on experience in architecting modular backend systems, implementing secure APIs, and designing optimized database structures for enterprise-grade applications.
Core Technical Skills
· Advanced PHP (OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, clean architecture)
· Strong Laravel internals knowledge (request lifecycle, service container, facades, contracts)
· Modular and service-layer based backend architecture
· Multi-tenant SaaS architecture (tenant isolation via schema design & scoped queries)
· Custom audit logging system design (before/after snapshots, actor context, request tracing)
· Role-based access control using Spatie Laravel Permission (policies, gates, hierarchy)
· Secure RESTful API development (Sanctum/JWT authentication)
