Backend Developer

Primetask is looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in XML processing and API integrations. This role is 100% on-site in Makati. Do not apply if you are looking for a remote, hybrid, or work-from-home set-up.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in XML (parsing, XPath, XSLT, XSD)
• Experience with PHP, Python, , or similar backend language
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases
• Experience with automation tools and webhook-based workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with WordPress (plugin/theme development)
