Backend Developer Leader

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in PHP and modern PHP frameworks (Laravel preferred).
• Solid experience with MySQL / MariaDB and database optimization.
• Experience with API development and integration (REST, JSON).
• Familiarity with Linux server environments and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of security best practices in backend development.

Leadership & Experience:

• Proven experience leading or managing a backend development team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on development with team management responsibilities.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
