Backend Developer (Database & Data Processing)

We are building a centralised candidate database to consolidate resumes and candidate records from multiple internal and external sources into a structured, secure system.

The objective is to create:

• A unified storage system for current and future resumes
• Automated resume parsing and structured data extraction
• A searchable database
• A simple internal interface for viewing and searching records

This role focuses on backend development, database design, and integration of resume parsing tools.
