Backend Developer

What will you do?

• work on a disruptive product that’s still in its early stages

• be responsible to drive innovation in software development, while relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability

• own the design process, implementation, and verification of backend and platform components leveraging standard software engineering methodologies

• translating functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design

• build distributed systems, microservices, caching layers, and workflow components across our lending stack

• work hands-on with AWS services like S3, SQS, Step Functions, Lambda, EMR and design event-driven pipelines

• implement robust data models on MySQL and build high-performing APIs and services

• work with observability stack using Loki, Prometheus, and Datadog to ensure high reliability and uptime
