Backend Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Backend Developer role based in Gurugram. You will design, build, and scale robust backend systems, develop high-performance APIs, manage databases, and optimize system performance and security. The role involves driving system architecture decisions, implementing caching and data pipelines, and exploring Generative AI integrations, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale REST APIs using Python/Django.
• Optimize PostgreSQL performance and implement caching (Redis).
• Architect backend systems for reliability, scalability, and speed.
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
• Integrate data ingestion pipelines from Excel and other sources.
• Explore and implement Generative AI features into the platform.
