Back Office Manager

About the Role

TYPE : initially 2-year contract to become permanent
SALARY : €55-75k level (depending on experience, including 13th salary and holiday allowance)

START : ASAP

LOCATION : Eindhoven, The Netherlands (Working from home: 1 day/week after probationary period)

WORKING HOURS : 8:00-16:30 (lunch 30 minutes)



Job Responsibilities



Accounting

・Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), cash flow, payments, bank statements, and fixed assets.

・Issue debit notes and invoices.

・Handle expense reimbursements in line with company policies.

Coordinate with the external accounting firm for bookkeeping and monthly closings.

・Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

・Support VAT applications and tax filings in collaboration with the external tax advisor.

・Assist in annual audit processes and liaise with auditors as needed.
