Job Objective
To handle complete activity of Back Office work of Exports like; coordination with the international clients , MIS Reports, Invoicing etc.
1. Coordination with the foreign buyers
2. Sending company info to new foreign buyers
3. Coordination with accounts and Invoicing team
4. Tracking daily shipments
5. Shipment documents
Knowledge and Skill Set
Having knowledge of Basic Word, Excel, Presentation skills, strong in written & oral communication.
