About the Role
We are looking for 6 months experienced Backoffice Executives to join our Organization. If you have strong communication skills and prior back office experience, this role offers a great opportunity to grow your career.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in a Backoffice process (minimum 6 months)
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Comfortable working in night shifts
Compensation
- Upto CTC: ₹3.50 LPA
- Performance Linked Incentives (PLI): Up to ₹18,000
Work Details
- 24/7 rotational shifts
- Majorly US shifts (mostly night shifts)
- Office-based role in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
- Cab service available as per the zone policy
