Summary:

This position will work closely with office administrators and purchasing agent in daily tasks such as managing freight claims, returns, account set up, handling customer payments, billing of freight to customers, and other assigned tasks.

Reports to: Profit Center Manager
Minimum Qualifications:


+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficient in using computers and common office software programs



ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:



+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently



Preferred Qualifications:

+ Familiarity with back-office procedures
