Back End . NET + L3 Support

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in software development and L3 production support. This role is focused on resolving complex incidents, optimizing code, and ensuring application stability in production environments.

Location: Bogotá, Airport area – Av. El Dorado. Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH). English: Advanced level required.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as L3 escalation point for critical production incidents.
• Analyze and resolve issues across applications, databases, and reporting systems (VB6 and .NET).
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions.
• Maintain and enhance legacy VB6 applications.
• Support development and improvements in .NET / C#.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance (MS SQL Server).
