About the Role
We are looking for a Back-End Java Developer to join our team and work on high-impact projects in a hybrid work model with flexibility.

Work Model- First 90 days: Office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- After 90 days: Option to reduce to 2 office days per week (based on performance)
- Home office: Monday and Friday
- 5+ years of experience in Java 8+ and Spring Boot (microservices)
- 2+ years of experience in software architecture (scalability, reliability, design patterns)
- 5+ years working with SQL databases
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, IntelliJ or similar tools
