You must have:
2–5 years
of solid backend engineering experience
Strong hands-on work with
Node.js and Golang
Comfort with
SQL databases
(Postgres/MySQL, indexing, joins, performance)
Experience building and maintaining
production APIs
Clear thinking around systems, trade-offs, and scale
Your Playground -
You’ll:
Build
high-performance backend services
in
Node.js & Golang
Design APIs that
don’t just work - but
scale cleanly
Get deep into
SQL
(data modeling, query tuning, real-world performance)
Own features end-to-end; from idea → prod → iteration
Work closely with Product & Frontend to ship fast and ship right
Debug, optimize, ...
