About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer – Conversational AI to design, build, and optimize AI-powered conversational experiences. You will work on advanced chatbot and voice solutions leveraging cutting-edge NLP, Generative AI, and LLM technologies.

This role requires strong backend engineering expertise combined with hands-on experience in AI/ML systems and scalable production architectures.

Key Responsibilities
