Job Description
Strong Back‑End Developer to build and scale high‑impact Domestic Purchase Order (PO) microservices in a modern, event‑driven architecture. This role sits at the core of our Order Management / Supply‑Chain platform , with direct ownership of production‑grade systems.
Must Haves:
6+ yrs of Strong experience with Java & Spring Boot for microservices development
Hands‑on expertise with Kafka‑based event‑driven architectures Producers, consumers, retries, and Dead Letter Queues (DLQ)
NoSQL data modeling & performance tuning (Cassandra or equivalent)
API design experience with REST and/or GraphQL
Background in Order Management Systems (OMS) or transactional supply‑chain domains
Solid observability & production support skills
Logs, metrics, distributed tracing, and on‑call readiness
Nice to Have
Experience with Temporal workflows
OpenSearch / Elasticsearch integration for search and analytics
