Overview
A Dubai-based FinTech firm is building institutional-grade infrastructure for quantitative research, trading, and risk management. The team develops high-performance backend systems used directly by trading and research teams.
This is a core systems engineering role focused on performance, reliability, and correctness. It is not a UI role and not traditional CRUD application development.
What You’ll Work On- Backend services for research, backtesting, and live trading platforms
- Trade execution infrastructure and internal tooling
- Risk and reporting systems
- Data-intensive and performance-sensitive services
- Internal APIs supporting trading and research workflows
- Strong backend engineering background in Java or C# / .NET
