About the Role

Job description
For our Finance/Tax function we are looking for an HBO or university intern who will support and help improve the transfer pricing reporting process.

During this internship you will:
Act as a process coordinator for local transfer pricing reporting
Oversee the collection of intercompany data from local subsidiaries
Perform quality checks and consistency reviews on submitted intercompany information
Follow up with local entities on missing, unclear or incorrect data
Review the content entered in TP Genie and assess completeness and accuracy
Coordinate with the service provider / external party preparing or supporting the local reports
Identify process weaknesses, root causes and recurring issues
Propose practical improvements to the TP reporting workflow, controls and responsibilities
Support documentation of the improved process (guidelines, checklists, timelines)
