About the Role

Job description

DAF uses an internal debit card to facilitate payments of good bought from vending machines which are operated by a third party.

You will be tasked with analyzing and improving the process related to the use and control of the internal debit card payments. Your focus will be on the following areas:

  • Process Analysis: Describe and understand the current process of using the internal debit card at the vending machines. Identify all involved parties and control points within the process.
  • Risk Analysis: Identify potential financial and operational risks, such as misuse of the debit card, incorrect payments, or incomplete recording of expenses.
  • Control Measures: Evaluate existing control measures and propose improvements that can enhance the management of the payment process.
