The role requires strong field presence, offline marketing execution, and relationship building with key real estate stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Sales

  • Generate leads through offline marketing activities and local outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls on offline lead databases.
  • Fix and schedule qualified client meetings.
  • Maintain consistent pipeline generation through daily field efforts.

2. Brand Building Activities

  • Plan and execute canopy activities in residential societies and high-potential areas.
  • Represent the brand confidently during on-ground activations.
  • Drive brand awareness across Delhi NCR.
